Your Gift Supports - Stewardship & Pastoral Services
The Stewardship and Pastoral Services department helps nurture vibrant parish ministries. This is accomplished through a number of new and continuing ministries including Stewardship as a Way of Life.
Here are a few examples of ministries provided through the Stewardship & Pastoral Services department:
- Disabilities and Deaf Ministry offers a chance for people with disabilities to grow in faith through retreats and other ministry opportunities.
- The Diocesan Mission brings the Word of God to thousands of people in the Dominican Republic.
- Parish Ministries are enhanced through the work of many services provided by this area. These services impact parish councils, social concern committees and parish planning to name a few.
In 2008, the Bishop’s Appeal distributed $828,492 to Stewardship & Pastoral Services to support their ministries.
